Earlier this week an Indonesian customer e-mailed us requesting technical support, nothing special so far.
Interesting tough is the fact that he used same e-mail address as last time he wrote to us in 2002; and he was requesting help to re-install and configure an obsolete ELECTRICAL Designer version from 2002.
Finally he had never purchased in past years any support contract or subscription option.
Anyway we helped him (for free) and he was not surprised either.
Nowadays customers’ expectations are high if not stratospheric!
